If you like Lamborghini supercars, you might know a thing or two about Underground Racing. If you don’t, let us shine some light on the subject. Underground Racing is a U.S.-based tuning company responsible for creating the world’s fastest and most powerful Lamborghinis. Pretty much all its models deliver way over 1,000 horsepower - with quite a few of them easily going above 2,000. As an example, this Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. delivers 759 horsepower from the factory, but the tuner took the final output up to an impressive 2,000 horsepower!

In base version the Aventador SVJ is powered by a 6.5-liter V-12 engine that delivers a total of 759 horsepower and 531 pound-feet of torque. The supercar is also equipped with a permanent all-wheel-drive system and rear-wheel steering. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds, while top speed goes up to an impressive 217 mph.
Dustin - the owner of this Aventador SVJ - took the supercar to Underground Racing when it only had 200 miles on the odometer. It appears that he saw right from the start that the SVJ is capable of a lot more. The tuner fully built the supercar’s engine with billet connecting rods and custom forged pistons. There is also a new pair of mirror billet turbochargers from Precision Turbo. The entire induction system was custom-made with titanium exhaust tubing and titanium induction tubing. The final updates include a specially designed full billet intake that includes lower billet runners and a special full billet 1st-7th transmission gear setup with billet drop gears, billet input and output shafts, and front and rear billet helix differentials.
After all these changes, the Aventador SVJ delivers a total of 1,600 horsepower at the wheels. It can be increased even further with the addition of a race clutch, in which case it will produce 2,000 horsepower. There are no words on how these changes improved the car’s performance figures, but we can just assume we are looking at a very fast Aventador. There are no other changes done to either the exterior or the interior of the car, so this is one of the few supercar "sleepers" out there.
Dustin, the guy who opted for these extreme updates is a fan of Underground Racing builds. He also owns a yellow Huracan STO X3 with no less than 3,000 horsepower and a matte gray Huracan STO currently under development. It will end up with 1,500 horsepower. If you do the math, he has a total of 6,500 horsepower in just three supercars!
